The firm was established to serve businesses that need reliable, professional financial operations but do not have the scale to justify a full in-house finance department. Eptakey functions as a dedicated external finance team — maintaining books, filing tax returns, processing payroll, managing government paperwork, and producing financial reports on an ongoing basis.
Eptakey is headquartered in Dubai with regional coverage across the GCC and the Levant.

How We Work
We operate on a retained basis. Rather than project-based engagements, we take ongoing responsibility for our clients’ financial operations. Each client is assigned a dedicated team that handles their books, filings, and reporting on a consistent, recurring cycle.
We use the client’s preferred accounting systems where possible, and implement or migrate to more appropriate platforms where needed. Communication is direct — our teams operate as though they sit in the client’s office.

Georges Felfle — Chief Executive Officer
Our CEO
Georges Felfle is the Chief Executive Officer of Eptakey LLC and a senior finance professional with more than two decades of experience in accounting, financial management, and advisory services across the Middle East. He specializes in building and overseeing finance functions for businesses operating across multiple jurisdictions, with a focus on regulatory compliance, financial reporting, and strategic financial management.
Throughout his career, Georges has advised companies ranging from SMEs and professional services firms to investment structures and cross-border groups. His expertise covers IFRS financial reporting, corporate governance, UAE and regional tax compliance, payroll and regulatory filings, financial controls, and multi-entity financial operations across the GCC and Levant.
Before leading Eptakey, Georges held senior leadership roles overseeing accounting operations, financial strategy, and reporting functions for organizations operating across the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, and Lebanon. He has extensive experience structuring and managing outsourced finance functions, supporting businesses that require high-quality financial operations without maintaining a full in-house finance department.
Georges is a Member of the Institute of Management Accountants (IMA) and holds the Certificate in International Financial Reporting (CertIFRS) from ACCA London, reflecting his expertise in international accounting standards and financial reporting frameworks.
At Eptakey, he leads the firm’s strategy to develop a regional accounting and advisory platform providing integrated accounting, tax, PRO, and outsourced CFO services to businesses operating across the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Lebanon, and the wider MENA region. His focus is on helping companies maintain strong financial governance while navigating the rapidly evolving regulatory environment in the Gulf.
